Scot’s quail egg, tomato chutney, dressed arugula
Second Course:
Smoked salmon tart, fresh dill, caramelized onion, horseradish cream

Whisky brushed venison loin, red wine-juniper berry reduction, roasted brussels sprout
& chestnuts, new potatoes
Fourth Course:
Orange marmalade whisky bread pudding with whipped cream

Scottish whisky cheddar & Glengarry blue with oatcakes
